You will also receive an initial fitness evaluation to allow your trainer to specifically tailor your fitness program around you. This will include factors such as your current fitness level, training allowances according to lifestyle and external obligations, as well as taking into account the fitness goals you have set out with your trainer.
Your training program should include a nutrition planner. Check your trainer's profile page and confirm this with them.
The plan will also include regular check-ins by live video call or by phone. This is to allow your trainer to continually fine-tune and adapt your workout program in accordance with your feedback and results throughout the plan.
Contact with your trainer.
Your trainer will also be available for you to contact whenever you choose. This could be for any questions or concerns you may have, to asking for advice on new exercises, or simply that much-needed motivation. Your trainer will be more than happy to help and with you every step of the way on your fitness journey.
