12 WEEK INTENSE STRENGTH TRAINING
This will be a 12 week intense strength improvement plan. Due to a larger amount of training sessions compounded into each week you will need your diet as well as your rest periods to be on point. 

The workouts will push you to your limits and will be solely focused on low reps and high weights aimed at a rapid increase in strength over a short period. As your strength increases and your weight and personal bests are surpassed, you will feel a full more well rounded stronger physique. 
PLANS DONE BY TIME PERIOD
Increasing strength takes a lot of focus, energy and rest periods. The workouts are taxing on your body and muscles. We realise this when tailoring your plans around your busy lifestyle. You still get maximum strength gains from the best coaches up and down the UK, however this is done over a more gradual increase to allow your body to improve without injury or too much fatigue. 
PLANS DONE MONTHLY
For people who want amazing results, but would like that continual support, motivation and accountability, as well as letting our trainers continually fine tune your training plans, progress and incredible results, these are the plans for you.

Higher intensity & frequency of training plans over a shorter period designed to increase your results in a much shorter period.
Monthly check-ins changed to weekly to check-ins from your trainer to continually adapt your program and training allowing for optimal results in very short periods.

Establish solid foundations and give yourself direction with our detailed fitness valuation. 

This will help us establish what level you are at, as well as allow us to tailor a specific plan for optimal results.

Access to your trainer when you need them

Full access to your Personal Trainer by phone, email, or text. This will allow you to remain in contact with your PT throughout the agreed training period allowing you to continually improve your knowledge and address any questions or concerns.

Tailored fitness plan

A tailored fitness program will be created around your training preferences and goals, as well as equipment access and training environment you use.

Training plans will be designed around your own unique training preferences, lifestyle and results from your detailed initial fitness valuation.

WEEKLY CHECK-IN DoNE YOUR WAY

Your trainer will check in with you weekly to go over your progress, results, measurements, diet, training enjoyment, any issues or doubts. 

From this they can closely monitor your progress and decide whether to make any amendments or anything that needs changed your end.
