Returns

We offer and no quibble 90 day refund guarantee on all our products. Meaning you can return your products if for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied.

Please contact us to confirm your reason for the return. We will go through this with you to address your concerns and guide you through the process. This way we can gain feedback to improve our products and service from our company.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your returned item(s) have been received, we will send an email to notify you they have been received. We will also confirm once your refund has been processed.

Once it has been approved, please allow 3-5 business days from your email confirmation of return before being credited to your account. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If after the 3-5 business days you have not received your refund, please contact us on contact@home-fitness-world.com and we will be more than happy to address this for you.

Sale items (if applicable) 
All sale items can also be returned and the sale price paid for the item will be fully refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will replace any damaged or defective items as reported. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@home-fitness-world.com so we can arrange the return and replacement item(s).

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product email us contact@home-fitness-world.com for the correct  returns address. Please note we cannot refund you while the item is still in transit. You will be responsible for covering additional shipping costs for any items being returned.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item(s) to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping a higher value item we recommend you using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe arrival and cover any missing item(s).
