This plan should allow you to see some progression and small changes to your body in this short period of time. Allowing you to decide how you would like to continue with your body transformational journey.
8 WEEK PHYSIQUE TRANSFORMATION
This longer period allows for our expert trainers to fine tune your training and diet for optimal results. 

What works for one person may not for another. So constant fine tuning is normally needed for gain access to the fastest possible results. This plan will also allow you to settle into your new healthier lifestyle, including training routine and nutrition. 

Over the 8 week period, if sticking to your tailored training plan, you will see some significant changes to your body which will fuel you for further changes. You will learn many new training techniques and habits that will stay with you for life.
12 WEEK PHYSIQUE TRANSFORMATION
Over the 3 month period, you will get to experience several different workout routines and fine tune your nutrition to see what works for you. Your expert trainer will have a greater chance to spend more time with you to find out what is working for you, what you enjoy, what you don't, how you feel about your progress. 

This longer period will allow enough time to see many transformational changes to your body and get you well on your way to your complete body transformation process. Over the longer period trainers will continually monitor and assess your training and results, allowing for fine tuning to keep your results at the highest possible level. 24 WEEK PHYSIQUE TRANSFORMATION
This 6 month plan is our optimal plan for your complete full physique transformation. By the end of this period with our expert trainers guidance, you should be looking at complete results and be almost unrecognizable from when you started your tailored training plan. 

Trainers can continually adapt over this longer period, assess plateaus, any chinks in your armour, push you further due to your increase in training experience, introduce you to new more experienced but more rewarding exercises with a higher degree of difficulty. 

The plans spans out long enough for your confidence and momentum to really be flying high, and this is where you and your trainer get to capitalize on this.
