These plans are designed to ramp up your fitness levels over the shortest time possible with maximum results. The workouts will be intense, more frequent, and will push your body and mind to the absolute limit!
Due to the high demand on the body your energy levels will be expected to initially dip before they increase again due to higher fitness levels. So it is recommended for these plans you have an opportunity to have lots of rest periods in between your higher volume of training, as well as maintain a healthy diet and have preparation time before your workout. Don't worry your trainer will guide you through it all and make sure these are reachable for your current fitness levels. You will be pushed however.
