Training Plan Description

Live Training Sessions 

 Your trainer will link up live with you through zoom of skype, for every training session. This allows for a more personal workout experience. They will motivate, as well as guide and instruct you throughout the duration of your workout session. 

 Bespoke Training Plan 

 You will also receive an initial fitness evaluation to allow your trainer to specifically tailor your fitness program around you. This will include factors such as your current fitness level, training allowances according to lifestyle and external obligations, as well as taking into account the fitness goals you have set out with your trainer. 

 Nutrition 

 Your training program should include a nutrition planner. Check your trainers profile page and confirm this with them. 

 Regular Check-ins 

 The plan will also include regular check-ins by live video call or by phone. This is to allow your trainer to continually fine tune and adapt your workout program in accordance with your feedback and results throughout the plan. 

 Contact with your trainer. 

 Your trainer will also be available for you to contact whenever you choose. This could be for any questions or concerns you may have, to asking for advice on new excercises, or simply that much needed motivation. Your trainer will be more than happy to help and with you every step of the way on your fitness journey.

I've loved fitness my whole life. I developed a fascination into how far I could push my body, just how much I could test both mind and body.

FITNESS BACKGROUND
I started my fitness journey as a young lad getting into as many sports as I possibly could. I loved the connection I found with mental toughness and pushing myself in every fitness area. 

From rugby, football or martial arts I've never looked back. I took this onto University where I obtained a degree in sports science and knew instantly I wanted to pursue a career in fitness.
