INTRODUCTION/BIO

I've been passionate about fitness for as long as I can remember. I love being able to use that to motivate and influence people, and ultimately change lives. I have been working in the fitness industry for 4 years now and have loved every minute of it. I continually look improve my repertoire and therefore offer more knowledge and expertise to my clients, allowing them to gain more from every workout and improve as well as speed up their results.
BACKGROUND/CAREER HISTORY
3 years in personal training. Specializing in physique sculpting and muscle building. Now fully qualified to give nutrition advice to help with training and improve results.
