The Kettlebell class is just that, a workout run with Kettlebells and body weight exercises in a small class setting.
The Kettlebell movements you will learn in this class range from fast and dynamic to slower yet equally as challenging movements. Fast, dynamic kettlebell movements are meant to build explosive power, increase joint mobility, and keep an elevated heart rate. While slower Kettlebell lifts are meant to increase total body strength, muscular strength and stamina, as well as a focus like no other exercise.
You will delve into bodyweight movements, which will give them an in depth knowledge of how their body was meant to work. We will also use static holds, which will help promote endurance in muscular strength. These exercises will all help with overall body posture and positioning.
