We'll make sure you know each and every workout and exercise, we'll go through workout intensity levels, form, tempo.
We'll introduce you to your own fitness app and show you how to access an endless library of video tutorials.
TIME TO PREPARE QUESTIONS OR ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS
We'll also give you both meal and fitness plan well in advance so you have time to peruse over it and come up with any questions or concerns we need to address.
