One of the major mistakes the majority of fitness companies and personal trainers make, is how they prepare and deliver your plan. These two fundamentals are two very important pillars to base your fitness journey upon. You get these wrong and your hard work, no matter how much, count for nothing.

We've done our research, found out what your lifestyle, diet and fitness levels as well as past fitness experience are like. That's a really great start. It doesn't stop once you've chosen your perfect trainer and training plan, and we've done our lifestyle, fitness and diet valuation. We're only just getting started. We then carefully prepare your training plan once everything has been taken into consideration. 
LIFESTYLE
Why should this even be considered?

How often would you like to workout? Do you have time constraints on how long you can workout, when are your energy levels at their highest. These are all important factors to take into consideration when developing your unique fitness plan, and can affect the outcome drastically.

A little overlooked detail like trying to train when your energy levels are at their highest for example, can increase the effectiveness of your workout, and therefore results by up to 60%. 

The little details matter. We make sure we cover them all.
TRAINING PREFERENCES
What do we mean?

Do you prefer training in the gym or at home, do you enjoy a particular type of fitness more than others, do you like short intense sessions or longer more gruelling training sessions, do you prefer training most days for shorter periods or 2 or 3 times a week over a longer period. 

We'll take all this into consideration from the results of your initial fitness valuation. These small yet significant details matter immensely, when it comes to whether you miss a workout, or not, when you give it 100%, or not, whether you feel overwhelmed and can't find time for your workout, whether you stick with your workout plan, or not.

We make sure we set you up for success according to your own unique set of circumstances.
FITNESS GOALS

High enough to push you to your limits, yet achievable.
We'll find out your fitness targets you would like to achieve, and just as important, your reasons why you want to achieve these. 

We'll mould your fitness plan around targets you would like to achieve for yourself. We'll set realistic expectations, enough push you to your limits, however, set targets that are obtainable. This is important when it comes to moral and confidence throughout your fitness plans. This is the difference between building confidence and momentum in yourself and not.  

We'll make sure you know exactly where your heading, and how your going to get there.
NUTRITION
70-80% of your results come from the kitchen.
We'll critique your current diet and look at any flaws, as well as look at your food preferences to develop a healthy nutritional diet we know you'll enjoy and therefore be able to stick to. 

We'll match your meal plan with your lifestyle and fitness goals you've set, including how active a lifestyle and how often and intensely your training. This will be monitored and amended accordingly as your confidence, experience and fitness levels all increase.

We'll review all the information from your fitness valuation before you we deliver the right plan and make sure delivery is just as thourough as your tailored plan.

We'll make sure you know each and every workout and exercise, we'll go through workout intensity levels, form, tempo.

We'll introduce you to your own fitness app and show you how to access an endless library of video tutorials. 
TIME TO PREPARE QUESTIONS OR ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS
We'll also give you both meal and fitness plan well in advance so you have time to peruse over it and come up with any questions or concerns we need to address.
