 Training's going well so far. You pick up the exercises quickly with proper form. Your muscles do ache a little but energy is ok with this new diet. You're feeling great! You're already seeing some small results and feel confident and motivated to keep going.
WEEK 3
Your Personal Trainer checked in again through video call and you're both happy with your progress and training sessions. You had a few concerns re exercises and whether you were doing them right, but your trainer went over this with you. You're all set! 

 The progress you're making and the way you feel and already start to look inspires you to keep working hard! You're enjoying the training, and the results even more! Your trainer told you it would still be hard work and prepared you. 
WEEK 4
You hit a bit of a lull and lost track a little for a few days with diet and exercise, but your trainer was there for you and expected this may happen. They change a few workout sessions to keep you engaged and enjoyment up, your back on track and flying again!

 The only way you noticed was due to checking your fitness app for calories and training results. It's done it's job and kept things measurable and let you know that you need to up your game!
WEEK 5

Doing an exercise right can mean the difference between results or nothing at all. 
Simply going through the motions of an exercise isn't enough. You need to know the mechanics. The muscle group you should be feeling, how the positive and negative parts of the movement should be controlled to add resistance and therefore growth, how you can avoid injury with proper form, how the same exercise done right or wrongly, can massively improve the impact of the results you get from the exercise. 

Same exercise done incorrectly could have as little as 10% effectiveness.
We watch people all the time, going through the motions of a workout or exercise. Sure there's some effectiveness from moving the body. But wouldn't you like to take that small percentage and smash it out of the ball park! That very same exercise or workout done with proper form and the right intensity level, can increase that to 90-100% effectiveness. Do that rep after rep, workout after workout. You can see how through the compound effect, has a huge influence on your final results, and whether you see improvements, or not at all.
